Help! I forgot my password!
To reset a forgotten password, navigate to https://classlink.yourcharlotteschools.net
Click "Help, I forgot my password" below the Sign In button.
Enter your CCPS ID number (found on the back of your ID badge.
(leave charlotte as the code)
Select the recovery option that you would like to use (SMS Text, Question or Email) according to what you have previously set up.
