How do I change my Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Method?

To change your MFA method, navigate to ClassLink: http://classlink.yourcharlotteschools.net

• Log in to ClassLink using your CCPS ID number and password
• Click your profile picture on the top right
• Click "Settings"

• Click "Security" tab
• Click the down arrow beside the currently enabled MFA method
• Choose the desired MFA method
• Select "Save"
