How do I update a ticket?
There are two ways to update a ticket with more information:
Click on the link provided in the ticket email that directs you back to the CCPS HelpDesk system. Create a new note and click Save.
Simply reply directly to the automated email from the CCPS HelpDesk. This will add the note for the technician on the specific ticket.
